What is the Enneagram?
The Enneagram is an archetypal model of 9 types used for personal, team and organizational development. It does not box people, it instead measures where you are currently restricted, so it is more of a launch pad than a box.
The Enneagram provides deeper insight into core motivations and fears driving behavior, needs, and relationships, and explores multiple layers of personality to understand human nature and how this shows up in life, organisations and relationships.
ENNEAGRAM ASSESSMENT
The assessment is innovative, accurate, and built on the structure and wisdom of the Enneagram itself. The assessment uses the Enneagram centres as the basis for efficiently comparing Enneagram styles with each other. This allows us to determine trifix and, from there, main type and instinct within type. The assessment also serves as a learning tool, as it introduces the core aspects of each style to the client, drawing on the principles of self-exploration from the narrative tradition.
It is scientifically-validated by an independent data scientist, innovative, highly accurate, and built on the structure and wisdom of the Enneagram itself. The AIM Enneagram assessment is the fastest reliable Enneagram test available in the world today. The AIM Enneagram assessment is an online assessment hosted in a secure environment. The individual answers 24 questions from a question bank of 156 items. These questions consist of statements concerning personal attributes and motivations, to which the individual responds in a ‘most’ and ‘least’ fashion. The assessment is a Computerised Adaptive Test (CAT) and triangulates scores based on the individual’s answers.
